Are you Kosher?
Wise Sons Delicatessen is NOT certified Kosher. However, we do not serve pork or shellfish and are happy to accommodate any orders that need to adhere to only meat or dairy guidelines.
Why is catering pricing different from in-store pricing?
There are many considerations to take into account when looking to have a meal catered, coordination, packaging, utensils, travel, & menu variation all play a factor in supplemental pricing.
How early do I need to place my order?
Orders must be placed via our website by 10:45am one day prior to pick-up or delivery. For last-minute requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about availability.
Can I get my order delivered?
Yes, delivery is an option via our partners at Doordash. Delivery pricing is not included in our standard meal options and varies depending on order size and distance. (longer distances may incur an added fee based on mileage)
Is there a minimum delivery?
No, there is no order minimum for delivery, though there is a minimum $26 delivery fee.
How far do you deliver?
Delivery is available for up to 19 miles from our locations. For deliveries outside of this radius, please contact us at email@example.com to inquire.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and orders are not confirmed until payment has been submitted. In the case that you need invoicing set-up please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I update my order once it has been paid and confirmed?
Yes, please log in to our catering ordering system with your username and password, and feel free to make any edits needed from there. Do note, order modifications must be completed by 10:45am two days prior to pick-up or delivery.
Can I cancel my order once it has been paid and confirmed?
Yes, please log in to our catering ordering system with your username + password and your order can be canceled from there. Do note, order cancellations must be completed by 10:45am two days prior to pick-up or delivery. In the case that you need to cancel your order within the 24-hour window please email email@example.com and note that the order will still be charged in full.
Will my bagels come pre-sliced?
Yes, all bagels ordered through catering will come pre-sliced unless requested otherwise.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options?
Yes, we are happy to provide a seasonal selection of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Even better- all of our bagels are vegan! Gluten-free items are subject to an additional charge and availability.
Will gluten-free items be packaged separately?
Yes, any gluten-free items will be packaged separately and labeled accordingly to ensure there is no cross-contamination.
Does your food contain allergens?
Yes, some of our food does contain allergens please reference the dietary icons on our website when placing your order. Do keep in mind that our equipment is used to process nuts, seeds & dairy. In many cases, we may be able to accommodate your dietary needs, but in some cases, we are unable to ensure that items are 100% free of these ingredients. Are serving and eating utensils included in my order?
Serving utensils are included complimentary and all beverages will include cups. Complimentary eating utensils (plates, forks, knives, napkins) are available upon request.
Do you have special menus for Holidays i.e Passover, Hanukkah, High Holidays?
Yes, we cover almost every major Jewish holiday and will have our special menus available for ordering on our website during these times. You can receive live updates by signing up for our mailing list here.
Do you accommodate standing orders?
